FIXED FULL BRIDGES
Unfortunately, many people are unaware of the important role that teeth play in a person’s overall health. Like the rest of the body, the mouth is full of bacteria, which are predominantly harmless. However, some problems, such as oral hygiene, can lead to the growth of harmful bacteria, which can cause illnesses to enter the body.
Those who have neglected their teeth for many years will once reach the point at which their teeth become unsuitable for prosthetic care and lose some or all of their teeth. Fortunately, there are a variety of dental procedures that you can choose from. Teeth replacement can be anything from a conventional removable prosthetic to fixed full bridges on implants.

Session #1: IMPLANTATION PROCESS
There are two ways to start the process:
1. The patient uploads a recent panoramic X-ray image via our website. Based on this, the implantologist will diagnose and prepare a quote and treatment plan, which will also be emailed to the patient. We will give you an appointment if the quote is accepted
2. The patient undergoes a personal consultation, during which an x-ray is performed, based on this and an on-site examination considering the patient’s opinion, then a treatment plan and the quotation will be prepared.
If the patient accepts both, the procedure begins immediately, beginning with the removal of unsuitable teeth and then proceeding with the implantation of immediate loading implants. (Usually 8-12 per jaw)
Once all the required implants are in place, a metal frame is tested. The metal frame is the structure on which the tooth technician prepares and fixes the teeth. This is a permanent, irreversible fixation between the metal frame and the denture
Session #2: FRAME FITTING
The second time is usually the next day. The doctor will thoroughly examine the entire mouth, including the freshly implanted implants. Each implant should be individually examined for stability. Testing a metal frame for a temporary denture that has been completed in the meantime is the next step. The implantologist, in the presence of the dental technician, fixes the metal frame to the implanted implants and makes any necessary setting or modifications. The metal frame must fit perfectly on the implants, as it is an important part of fixed full bridges stability.
After everything fits perfectly and is sufficiently stable, a denture is sampled. This is done with a metal frame attached to the implants.
Session #3: DENTURE FITTING
Once again, fixed full bridges treatment begins with a comprehensive, detailed examination, particularly of the condition of the implants. If necessary, X-rays of the implants and surrounding bone tissue are taken, as it is essential to know that everything is OK to continue.
If the implantologist finds that everything in fine and ready to move on, fixes the metal frame that already has the teeth fixed on it to the implants. After that, just like with the metal frame, the implantologist makes the necessary adjustments and modifications with the help of a dental technician. At the end of the treatment, everything should be right for a permanent, temporary fixed full bridges.
Session #4: INSTALLATION
Usually, on the 4th day, a long-term temporary denture is delivered. This time, the routine is almost the same as the previous days: examining, checking, aligning and then if everything looks good and the patient feels that way too, the long-term final denture is gluing to the immediate loading implants. It is important to know, that it is just a temporary, but a perfectly functional good-looking fixed full bridge, which is not removable by the patient.
Session #5: CHECKUP
Fixed full bridges final checks, adjustments and modifications that may be needed.
