Full dentures fixed on immediate loading implants in One Day In our grandmothers’ time, removable, badly fixed dentures that occasionally fell out of their mouths
COMPLETE DENTURES ON IMPLANTS
Before defining exactly what a complete denture on implants means, let’s say a few words about its predecessor. When we hear the word denture, many of us think of a never-fit, regularly moving, providing a weak bite force prosthesis. In general, these were the characteristics of the 20th-century dentures some of which were more successful, some of which did less well, causing a great annoyance to its users.
There were many, and perhaps even today, who do not use their traditional dentures, because they have more problems than benefits. Unlike a complete denture on implants, the basic problem with removable conventional dentures is that the pressure exerted by the denture is not placed on the tooth bone but on an otherwise not really loadable gum. The resulting number one concern is that even when in perfectly fits the gum, it cannot be loaded to the same force as the original tooth root, which is anchored in the jawbone.
COMPLETE DENTURES ON IMPLANTS – ONE-PHASE IMMEDIATE LOADING IMPLANTS, IN JUST 5 DAYS!
1st time: IMPLANTATION
Removal of teeth that are unsuitable for prosthetic care, implantation of the needed number of Immediate Loading Implants, taking Impressions for dentures.
2nd time: FRAME FITTING
Fitting of the metal frames that are carrying the teeth on the dentures.
3rd time: DENTURE FITTING
Fitting and adjustment of the long-term, temporary dentures.
4th time: INSTALLATION

5th time: CHECKUP
Testing and adjustment of the dentures
The second problem is that even glued dentures can move after a few hours and non-glued ones even more. The direct consequence of this is that the continuous movements of the prosthesis rub, break the gums, which become inflamed and, as a result, become sensitive. The resulting pain makes it almost impossible for a normal bite to chew.
Some types of gingivitis also occur in the case of complete dentures fixed on the implant, but the extent and especially the consequences are not nearly as severe as with conventional dentures. Due to gingival regression and atrophy, the denture must either be “lined” or periodically rebuilt with a new prosthesis that fits better with the altered gums, thereby allowing the denture to function again more efficiently.

Regarding the traditional, removable by patient dentures, we only mentioned the most important negatives, since this is not our topic, but the presentation of the complete denture fixed on the implant. The fundamental and most important difference between the two dentures is that while the traditional one rests on the gums, the denture is fixed on the implant on the implants itself! This is a huge difference, as all of the above and not mentioned problems with the standard removable prosthesis are solved in one fell swoop.
An implant with a complete denture is one of the best dental restoration solutions, which is very similar to the original, natural teeth. This statement holds true for both usability and aesthetics. This method is superior in all respects to conventional removable dentures, with the sole disadvantage of being quite expensive.
WE ONLY USE GENUINE SWISS IMPLANTS AND IMPLANTATION TECHNOLOGY
The other complete denture fixation on the implant is with one -phase, immediate loading implants. This is also an implantation method that has been in existence for quite a few decades and has started to become really popular in the last few years. There is only one obstacle to faster spread that its’s price is quite expensive. This solution is significantly different from traditional biphasic in many respects. On the one hand, the name implies a single phase, and on the other hand, the implanted implants consist of a single piece and can be varied.
Even more important is the ability of single-phase implants to be immediately loaded! There is no need for a 3-6 month ossification period for biphasic patients, and implants can be loaded immediately after implantation. Thanks to this feature, a complete oral rehabilitation, complete lower and upper denture, can be done in 5 days. You can read more about it here.
